I seem to be developing a quiz habit, which shows I have too much spare time.

In other news, a good open air relay of 'Rigoletto' last night somewhat spoiled by 1. rubbish trucks which hadn't done their rounds early 2. local cafes playing loud music in competition 3. drunken hoorays talking about New York and shoes in loud voices and 4. a woman lecturing another woman on yoga technique and bicep curls. In the world where I am Queen, these people are now exiled to Skye.

And Rhonda Wilcox has just asked me to keynote at the next Slayage conference. Is there anything anyone would like me to cover in my lecture?

And the worst thing about this is, that it is totally right. From time to time I have NY or SF fantasies, but they have mostly to do with seeing more of friends who live there. London is the city where I know short cuts and where staff say hallo to me in restaurants and record shops. It has always been my home and always will.
