A topic I have left alone for a while

The Bill has been less insane and less slashy of late, but for sheer absurdity, tonight set up a classic Bill situation. Unpleasant new Superintendent Prosser has been taken hostage by a bereaved father she failed to take seriously, while downstairs the relief are celebrating fifty years of Sun Hill police station and several weeks in which it has neither been set fire to nor blown up, and at the other end of the corridor the evil Gabriel Kent has been confronted by his brother, the real, and not especially nice, Gabriel Kent, whose identity he stole.

The real Gabriel is of course the real child of Sergeant June Acland whom evil Gabriel conned into bed and the subsequent belief that she had committed incest.

And tomorrow, a live episode, with stunts. I can hardly wait.
