(no subject)

I am having trouble connection my new laptop to the wireless bit of my router. It is picking up the router and asking for the password - when I put in the password off the bottom of the router, and press connect, it goes back to saying it is waiting for the password. BT technical support say that it is a problem with the laptop being a Linux Ubuntu machine, and that they don't offer support for Linux machines, and that their software is not compatible with Linux.

May I say, how crap is that?

Later It seems that it is not picking up my router after all just one with the last two letter/number combo, even though my router is no and allegedly now enabled...
