A piece of doggerel about the revolting Glenn Beck

When the seas rise or when the heavens fall
and the earth opens, and when people die,
it's bad enough. The right thing is to cry
alas! And dig out cash. The worst of all

is saying that it is stern Heaven's will,
or worse, his punishment. The rains came down
because there's too much sinning in that town
or one just down the coast. It makes me ill

and should make you ill too. To think some smug
self-righteous bastard actually earns pay
to be this wicked day by useless day
spreading the misery. Perhaps some thug

should take him for a ride, and leave him where
floods, dead, and flame might make him start to care.
