This is really lovely. I think these sonnets are growing on each other. They certainly deserve to be collected.
You know, when this happened last year I didn't know her and I had no idea what you two meant for each other, as people won't even when they know two people quite well, because this is the kind of stuff that can only be expressed afterward, and only because it's drawn out by grief.
And I might have said the usual platitude, I'm sorry for your loss. Reading this poems make me feel the reality of it: I really, personally, am sorry for your loss.
