In the Facebook pages, Julie Bindel has announced that she plans to go after the trans community even more, because our attitude - our 'baying mob' - has convinced her that she is even more right than she could possibly previously have been. The question that arises is, what can she write between now and early December that will convince Press for Change and the Gender Trust that it was a daft idea to ask her to a debate.
I really don't see why any part of the trans community should give a platform to someone who is clearly now concerned to attack a minority for ruffling her ego, especially when the NUS have her listed as someone whose history of hate speech means that she should be denied such a platform.
