Bethnal Green and Bow, where she gave so much of her energy to the Labour party in the last decade of her life, has thrown out Respect and put in a Labour MP again.
Yes Abi would have been very happy. And I am very happy about the local situation here in BG+B. She would have been even happier about Respect's near wipe out on the council (they have one councillor left). I think they have now gone. If I am right good riddance to bad rubbish.
