My sweetie got up to do an early shift this morning and had to put the light on and wake me up because she could not find her mobile. She had been playing a game on it when she fell in sleep and had left it in the bed. It turned up stuck to my left buttock, where it had left a major indentation.
I hadn't felt a thing, nor had it woken me up.
Clearly I am not a princess.

I've always wondered about that story ever since I read it as a Ladybird book as a child. It's a really weird message when you think about it -- one's nobility assessed by inability to sleep and ease of bruising?
Its definately pre-feminist
