(no subject)

My sweetie got up to do an early shift this morning and had to put the light on and wake me up because she could not find her mobile. She had been playing a game on it when she fell in sleep and had left it in the bed. It turned up stuck to my left buttock, where it had left a major indentation.

I hadn't felt a thing, nor had it woken me up.

Clearly I am not a princess.

I discovered this same sad fact about myself once when I woke up with a cassette box in my sleeping bag.

It wasn't really very likely that either of us were real princesses, but well, a girl can dream.

I've always wondered about that story ever since I read it as a Ladybird book as a child. It's a really weird message when you think about it -- one's nobility assessed by inability to sleep and ease of bruising?

Its definately pre-feminist

Singapore's Prime Minister one discribed girl student as frail cherry blossoms.I think he was complementing. Roseanne may be a nessary role model

Eh, that princess was just whiny.

It is a shame the phone was not set to vibrate. You could have had a lovely wake up call ;-)

And of course you are a princess!
